To provide the best service possible, I must adhere to a strict schedule. If a client arrives more than 20 minutes late, I may be unable to accommodate them due to time constraints. Additionally, if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a 50% fee will be charged to compensate for the lost opportunity to offer that time slot to another client. Lastly, a 100% fee will be charged if an appointment is missed without prior notice.
For safety, liability, and limited seating, we kindly ask that children (unless receiving a service) not accompany you to your appointment.
As our stylists need your full attention to provide the best service. While we love hearing about your children, we cannot ensure their safety if unsupervised.
If you arrive with children, we will need to reschedule your appointment, subject to our cancellation policy.
